The ‘powered by blogger’ attribution at the bottom of the page looks really annoying on blogger/blogspot. If you want to give your blog a professional look then you must be removing this attribution. so how we remove this ‘powered by blogger’ attribution? Here is the how-to
Go to your blogger dashboard, then design or layout (Whatever) and then click Edit HTML
Now hit Ctrl + F on your keyboard and type attribution1 in the appeared search bar. Now you should see the code like this <b:widget id=’Attribution1′ locked=’true’ title=” type=’Attribution’/>
REplace ‘true’ in the code with ‘false’. Didn’t get it? see the illustration below
Save the template
Now scroll to Page Elements and at the bottom Attribution Gadget, click edit and finally click Remove
That’s it. You will no longer see that powered by blogger or credits to the template designer etc.
Please note that removing powered by blogger maybe against the blogger Tos (I really don’t know) So do t at your own risk. 🙂
